Immediately prior to this work, Mr. Dulchinos directed and managed the OpenCable (known by the consumer brand “tru2way”) project, an initiative of the cable television industry managed through CableLabs with a goal of defining a family of advanced, interactive digital devices (TVs, PCs, set-tops) which support the range of current and future digital cable product offerings. Product offerings include interactive program guides, video on demand, interactive television, and more.
