Tom Morgan is a 38-year veteran of the world of interactive services and digital media. For the past 20 years Mr. Morgan’s efforts have centered on the business development of On-Demand and Internet based Television, with a particular focus on the addressable advertising models for Live Linear TV and OTT. Mr. Morgan’s MediaD.tv is a consultancy focused entirely on the development of new Monetization and Media Services for Connected TV. Clients include Vizio/OAR Project, DirecTV, Dish Network/SlingTV, Hulu, LTN/Crystal, Beachfront, Verance Corporation, AdID,. As part of this consultancy, Mr. Morgan serves as an Executive in Residence (EIR) with Progress Partners, and Investment Bank specializes in AdTech, MarTech, and FinTech. Mr. Morgan also serves as a retained advisor to the Vizio lead Open Addressable Ready (OAR) Initiative, a nine party Industry Initiative focused on Open Standards for Live Linear TV Addressable Advertising. Mr. Morgan also served on the Board of Directors of Crystal Corporation, the leader of TV Advertising Control and Management Systems.Prior startup’s have included Founding CEO, Net2.tv Corporation, Founder of Virgin TV USA, Chief Strategy Officer of Move Networks, and Founding CEO of BlackArrow Corporation.
