Rachelle is a business development executive in the television and digital media space with a passion for new products and technologies that help shape the future of TV. She has developed innovative digital distribution strategies for Verizon Media’s original video content and negotiated product and marketing deals for the launch of Verizon’s over-the-top video streaming entertainment services.  Rachelle initially joined Verizon to lead business development efforts at Fios TV, where she is known for identifying the content partners and brokering the precedent setting deals to bring interactive TV apps to life.  This included pitching creative partnership ideas, inventing new business models where none existed before, and perfecting her negotiating skills. Prior to Verizon, Rachelle led business development efforts at two different startups in the new media space and managed early interactive TV advertising experiments at Disney. Rachelle holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and a BS in Computer Science from the University of Michigan.
