As the SVP of Production and Programming, Monica oversaw the strategic planning, organization design, financial and operations management of a 100+ employee organization.  She scaled and built 2 high-volume product photography studios and event production teams, enabled growth through implementation of process improvements and developed the technology investment strategy including production workflow tools and standards for business metrics and reporting.  Ultimately, setting her organization up to efficiently produce over 5K ecommerce events consisting of over 120K new product styles produced and launched per year.

Monica returned to QVC in 2014 to rebuild and lead the Infrastructure & Portfolio Management organization.  In this role she leveraged her unique relationship building skills to bridge the US Multi-Channel Commerce, and IT organizations, establishing new methods for aligning strategic capital investment priorities, program management standards and reporting.  Within a year, her role expanded to include corporate strategy development and portfolio and program management for US and International markets.  During this time, she built the corporate governance structure and led strategy process integration between all commercial business units, support functions and global executive teams. Most recently, Monica led QVCs Integration Management Office for the $2.1B acquisition of HSNi where she managed seven cross functional teams in the identification of over $200M in cost synergies and oversaw org design, culture and change plans for successful integration across businesses, employees, and key stakeholders.
