Matthew Kramer is the Managing Director of Advanced TV for Omnicom Media Group where he co-leads both product development and publisher partnerships across the emerging television space, including data-driven targeting, addressable TV, connected devices and Over the Top (OTT app). From 2012 to 2015, Matt served as the programmatic video expert for Accuen where he led product development in their Emerging Marketplaces group.  He was responsible for defining, architecting, testing and executing new products for Omnicom agencies and clients.  His extensive offline media strategy experience brought a fresh perspective to Accuen, recalibrating how they defined value for their existing and new online video offerings.  In addition to online video, Matt led programmatic product development in the TV, Mobile and Digital OOH spaces.  Before joining Omnicom in 2009, Matt spent over 8 years planning offline and online lead acquisition media channels.  Matt started his career at Wunderman Media where he developed his skills in DRTV and Print planning.  Later, as a cross-channel media supervisor at MECi and DraftFCB, he gained experience within the Display and Search spaces.
