Jim Lombard leads all commercial, operational, and business development efforts for Tetra TV.  Jim started his connected TV advertising experience as part of the founding team that developed and staffed the Roku Ad Platform in 2013 for US and International markets.  Jim’s team led Roku’s transition from a predominately hardware company to the more profitable CTV advertising juggernaut, resulting in a successful Roku IPO in the Fall of 2017.  Jim has extensive experience with OTT/CTV content distribution, promotions, monetization, advertising, and audience insights.     Jim co-founded Tetra TV in 2018, his background includes over 20 years in digital media & entertainment, including leadership roles with Roku, IAC’s CitySearch-Ticketmaster, The National Basketball Association, and Mayor Michael Bloomberg.
