Mr. Tracey has over 20 years of success in strategic communications and advertising. His expertise is rooted in political campaigns and data.  Mr. Tracey is a recognized expert in political and issues content and placement, and advertising. His expertise encompasses all aspects of campaign development and execution,  market and audience research, media placement strategy, and strategic corporate and media partnerships.  Mr. Tracey is the SVP for Client Strategy at National Media Research Planning and Placement in Alexandria VA, where he manages multimillion-dollar political, issue, advocacy, and Super PAC campaigns. In this role, he leads marketing as well as the business strategy.   Before re-joining National Media, Mr. Tracey ran a $75 million communication campaign as the Senior Vice President for Communications at the American Coalition for Clean Coal Technology. He was also the President and founder of Kantar's Campaign Media Analysis Group the nation’s leading media research firm providing political media intelligence and data. Since 2006, Mr. Tracey has been an adjunct faculty member at the George Washington University School of Political Management teaching multiple classes on political strategy and media.
