Brian Wallach is senior vice president and chief revenue officer of FreeWheel Markets, a division of FreeWheel, a Comcast Company that provides advertising software and solutions for the entire television ecosystem. In this role, Brian leads the market demand sales team, collaborating closely with publishing partners to monetize video supply across digital and linear platforms. Through the use of data, accountability and measurement, Brian and his team help marketers reach audiences across all transaction types, formats and screens. In 2017, Brian joined FreeWheel to lead the design and implementation of FreeWheel Markets, the company’s industry-leading programmatic digital and linear video solution.  He brings more than 20 years of experience in the media and advertising technology industry to the company, with expertise in business development, operations and sales. Previously, Brian was vice president, category sales director for AOL, where he was responsible for leading a team of sales professionals focused on generating advertising revenue across all of AOL’s consumer brands and advertising technologies, with a focus on video, display, custom content and sponsorship. Prior to joining AOL, Brian held senior leadership roles at major media brands including NBCUniversal, The Walt Disney Company and Turner Broadcasting System Inc., assisting in the development of sales and marketing strategies, revenue planning, compensation models, inventory management and business development. Brian also has experience building new business ventures within existing companies, including spearheading the online digital advertising platforms for ABC Family and The Discovery Channel. Brian holds a Bachelor of Arts in communications from Arizona State University and serves as an advisor to a building construction startup, TruckPay. He resides in the New York area with his family.
