This session will bring together representatives of major industry organizations in the interactive TV, cable, programming, and advertising spaces, in order to cast light on how those organizations are responding to the emergence of interactive, social and multiplatform TV. Among other things, panelists will discuss how their respective organizations are reaching out to new constituencies in order to reflect the increasingly cross-platform/converged nature of television; explain how they are educating their membership about new, interactive TV technologies, platforms and formats; and explore whether and how they should coordinate their efforts going forward.
