As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Cross MediaWorks Stephanie provides day-to-day leadership in the development and execution of strategic initiatives. She is leading the Operations and IT teams to design standardized and stream-lined processes for continued scalability of products and services. Cross MediaWorks is the parent company of Cadent Network, the leading national unwired television advertising network and Black Arrow, an international leader in advanced advertising platforms and data solutions, as well as a portfolio of companies that service the media industry.

In her role as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Stephanie oversees the technical strategy, development and deployment of Cross MediaWorks’ proprietary platform, Maestro, designed to offer advertising partners a robust technology suite delivering sophisticated media planning and data-rich analytics for detailed reporting and insights. She evaluates new technologies and assesses their fit to corporate objectives. She is a key spokesperson responsible for sharing Cross MediaWorks’ current and future vision to existing and potential clients and business partners. 
Prior to joining CMW Stephanie was the SVP of Video Infrastructure Software at Cablevision, responsible for the development of the innovative Multi-Room (cloud-based) DVR system and Video On Demand and Subscription Video On Demand platforms. With more than 20 years of experience, Ms. Mitchko-Beale is a media, technology, and interactive advertising maven with a solid record of pioneering evolutionary products. She has received several awards and accolades in her career, including Emmy awards from the American Academy of Arts and Sciences. 

Stephanie holds a Certificate from the SCTE-Tuck Executive Leadership Program @ Dartmouth, a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from NYU-Poly in New York, teaches as a guest lecturer at NYU/Stern Graduate School and is a member of the NYU Poly Enterprise Learning Board.
