Manny Berrios is the CTO at BrightLine, the leading platform for advanced advertising solutions for Connected TV and OTT devices. With over 20 years of progressive technology experience in Internet media, electronic commerce, financial services, big data, neuromarketing, and cognitive behavioral marketing and advertising, Manny has helped BrightLine’s AD tech platform InCast become the default industry standard system across all major broadcasters, with partners ranging from Roku to NBCUniversal. His latest initiative, DataCast, enables a connected TV data solution that provides addressable targeting, measurement and verification solutions. By managing a connected TV household graph and DMP interconnections, DataCast provides insights and analytics on household characteristic audience segments, providing a comprehensive understanding of the home and all the devices in the home, further enhancing targeting across homes or reporting out on those audience characteristic segments found in the home.

Prior to joining BrightLine, Manny’s strong entrepreneurial business and tech experience allowed him to work in various roles covering Founder, Chief Technology Officer, Chief Information Officer and VP of Technology within Internet startups and top-tier technology companies. During this time, Manny was the founding CTO of the #3 online ad network and gaming content portal, UGO Networks, managing all aspects of technology including architectural design, implementation, and production support, as well as helping raising millions in venture funding and scaling to 200+ employees. UGO was acquired by Hearst Corporation in 2007.

Manny places strong emphasis on cloud based advanced distributed computing methodologies, high volume infrastructures, enterprise security and big data management, all while being responsible for multi-million dollar P&L’s for several online media advertising industries. His passion for innovating with technology and empowering talented people to reach their fullest potential has helped him develop enterprise solutions for online product strategies and growing businesses intellectual property value, helping teams deliver projects with cost effective results and professional quality.
