Jessica Hindlian serves as the Head of TV Platforms at LiveRamp, focusing on strategic business and partnership development across the TV and ad tech ecosystems, with an emphasis on building future facing workflows that help bring improved connectivity and technology to the TV business. She develops net new TV-first partnerships, in addition to driving new revenue and expanding TV use cases with existing LiveRamp clients and partners. Jessica previously served as Senior Director of Business Development at TiVo, where she incubated and created new joint data products with other data providers to connect upper and lower sales funnels to fuel full spectrum attribution analytics. Hindlian also managed TiVo’s business and product strategy and execution within the programmatic TV landscape. Prior to joining TiVo, Jessica spent four years in network TV advertising sales at Reelz Channel, delivering significant new revenue via strategic development.   She began her career in National Video Investment, and spent 12 years at media holding companies, including Omnicom and GroupM agencies, where she led National Video Investment teams across a variety of client categories. Hindlian holds a B.A. in French Language and Literature, and Government, with High Honors, from Smith College, and secondary degrees from Sciences Po (Political Science) and L’Universite de Paris IV (The Sorbonne, Honors Thesis Candidate).
