Russell Nomer is the Chief Information Officer and a Founder of ICE Innovative Technologies, LLC.  Russell holds numerous technical certifications.  Russell studied Political Communications and Radio Television and Film at The George Washington University.  Russell also studied Security Systems at SUNY Farmingdale.  Russell has over twenty years of IT and Creative consulting experience spanning numerous vertical market sectors.  Russell's experience has helped him to think differently with respect to the volatile and transient nature of data and how it can be moved and secured.  It is this out of the box thinking that empowered ICE to cultivate the architecture eliminating the walled garden model in order to facilitate true interactivity transcending digital media platforms.
